Issues having 2 controllers (different locations) in the app at the same time.

I have 2 sites that have HA controllers. When I am in the app on my iphone, I can add the server / controller when I am on the local network and it works. If I go to the 2nd site and then add it's controller, the app sees the IP address when it searches but won't connect.

If I remove the 1st site, add the other it will work. so having 1 location works, but not both. IP ranges are different between the 2 sites. I

If I manually type the IP, it still can't add the 2nd site.
Suggestions on how to fix this?

In companion app settings try something:

• Change the connection security level to “less secure” then add the second server

If this works let me know so I can patch it.

If it doesn’t, export the app logs and DM me, I’ll check during the week
