try to flash the precompiled version with external antenna with web.esphome.io it flash but nothing is shown on logs and cant confgure wifi " An error occurred , Improv Wifi serial not detected . can some help me pls ? thanks , have tryed to Flash with other online tool and my ESP crashed was difficult to bring back

From what I can see on the page. It is not using ESPHome. It is just making use of the ESPHome web tool. to flash the binary.
So you are unlikely to see anything in the logs and if you do see anything it will be very limited. The "configure wifi" will not work because its trying to connect to a device with ESPHome which you do not have.
Looks like you flash the device with the firmware. Then plug it into your home assistant server which then picks it up as a USB OTBR

Backing up HA before large changes is always a good idea but it should be fine.

I dont know the specifics. I don't use thread myself. Give it a go and see where you get to. If there were critical options to set then it would likely be ion the documentation.

Other than selecting the device and turning off hardware flow control the documentation doesnt say to do anything else. so try leaving the rest as default.

Follow the instructions on the initial link you got me about sharing credentials and stuff. As mentioned... I do not use thread. I just read the documentation to help at this point.

Perhaps, I am not 100% sure on all the differences but I think that the C6 is designed to do zigbee/thread better whereas the C5 can run do dual band 2.4/5ghz wifi networking.
