I noticed extrem slow Backups the Main issue is the Upload, once you have multiple Destinations where you Store your Backups, alles Backups are uploaded at the same time and this slows down every Upload, i think it would be much faster when the Destinations would be uploaded once after another.
For Nabu Casa subscriptions this Destination should be allways the First then User Settings Like local Network, Google Drive, One Drive...

Being able to control parallel vs sequence uploads and perhaps order control would actually be a pretty cool idea. Sequence would mean that if there was a failure then at the possibility of at least one backup completing would be higher.
This would likely come under a Feature Request though. Those belong on the discussions page on GitHub HERE.
