#Woke up to All Zigbee Devices Offline

I woke up to find my entire Zigbee network offline. I've tried power cycling my Pi, restoring backups (first the most recent, then one from a few days earlier) - no improvement. Even tried migrating my Zigbee network from the 'Nortek Zigbee + Zwave all-in-one' dongle to a Sonoff Zigbee adapter. Still nothing.

This is the error message I found, though restoring the network doesn't improve the situation (in spite of the 'the issue is repaired!' dialog that pops up after).

Any ideas?

Did you get that error message after you migrated to the Sonoff adapter, or before?

#

Also, anything in HA logs?

That message was before

I'll check logs to see if anything jumps out

Yeah, logs would be helpful now. When you had the message above, did you just press "Restore backup (recommended)"? If so, what happened then?

Yeah, I pressed Restore Backup, but it didn’t fix anything - Zigbee devices remained offline

I’ve been working through the logs with ChatGPT 5.4 Thinking, and it thinks I’m dealing with a queue storm of ZIGBEE_MAX_MESSAGE_LIMIT_REACHED. It’s having me temporarily remove all mains-powered Zigbee devices to see if one is misbehaving.

You guys think this advice makes sense?
