HA on vps, how to connect Reolink Cam?

I recently got a Reolink doorbell cam that I'd like to get connected to HA. My HA instance is on a VPS, so it would need to be able to get to the cam on my home network. What is the best way to do this?

Just curious why you're hosting Home Assistant outside your home.

Because I already had a vps and until this moment it hasn't been a problem.

Do you not already have the VPS connected to your home network by VPN or something? How do have it speak to other locally accessed devices? or do you not have any local control stuff outside of the new camera?

I don't know much about how HA works, but it controlls my smart switches from the VPS without any hiccups.

How is it talking to your smart switches? What smart switches to you have?

A few different brands but they all go through the Tuya integration
