can I use Medion Life+ devices in home assistant ? i saw ppl online say it works with the tuya integration, but i cannot scan the qr code, it says i need to do it "in the correct app"

the Medion app says it can link to smartthings, which i could hook up to HA, but it gives me errors trying to do so

linking to google assistant and ifttt produces the same error
