Installation instructions mention adding https://github.com/larsoss/lovable repository but not https://github.com/larsoss/the-onedashboard. The first was updated 4 days ago while the second (assuming the now primary path) was updated 7 hours ago. Both README.md files mention this.
Your logo.png has the wrong path. Currently: https://github.com/larsoss/the-onedashboard/blob/main/homekit_dashboard/logo.png when it should be https://github.com/larsoss/the-onedashboard/blob/main/the_one_dashboard/logo.png.
The Add-ons path on the first README.md references the homekit_dashboard, too.
