Hi, these were working fine in HA. But all of a sudden won’t. They work fine in the TPLink Smart Home app. And have perfect wifi.

Is there a breaking change I’ve missed?

I removed them, rebooted HAOS and tried to re add them. They don’t self discover and give an error if I use their actual IP

Use the Tapo app to enable (or disable then enable) "Third-Party Compatibility" for each device.

TP-Link like to occasionally mess with it to remind you that its their device not yours.

Haha… yep, kinda like their Deco app only offerings… thanks you so much. Didn’t even know this setting was here.
