Hey, i just installed the refoss energy monitoring clamps and added a sonoff plug as a downstream device. how it doesn't show it's power usage except in the device page and the "now" page. it's really frustrating

Where did you expect it be otherwise? Or do you mean in the electricity page? There is should not show power but energy, don't confuse the two 🙂 If that's not there you probably selected the wrong energy entity.

or you didn't select the right energy entity

Then look if you selected the right energy entity. And look if that entity is reporting the energy correctly .

Then part two of my suggestion. Look at the data of "living plug desk summation delivered". I expect it to stay 0.

I have reconfigured the device and will see how it develops further.
I have a 6 energy clamps which are all exposed under 1 device with many entities. can i set those up per room? so it shows up correctly?

Yeah, overrule an Area for an entity instead of taking it from the device
