Hi,
I'm trying to add my first Zigbee devices to my HA install, via a SLZB-MR2 (CC2652P radio).
I have the SLZB added via its IP/Socket, it's in HA, i can see on the SLZB GUI showing a connection for ZHA, but no matter what i do, however many ZHA resets, firmware's, factory reset of devices, etc. - the devices will not show up during a search/pairing.
This occurs with 8x ThirdReality SmartPlug Gen3's
Am i missing something obvious here?

Are ZHA and the plugs in pairing mode?
ZHA is in pairing mode by selecting "add device" and the plugs should start pairing mode by pressing the button for 30 seconds until the LED turns blinking blue.

yes, they are in pairing mode, and have undergone several factory resets, too
The process is 10-15seconds, until the LED blinks red, on this model

Was looking at the switch docs, not the plug docs.
