So sometime between the 2026.4.0 and .1 release I started experiencing this memory leak that causes home assistant to become %100 unresponsive. Others are reporting this as well. Is there no fix or acknowledgement of this issue?

I have the same issue, i couldn't connect to the webportal anymore, hat do increase ram to 10GB on my VM

Increasing the memory doesn't fix it. Still continues to chew up memory.

Try to run HA in safe mode (either in the advanced restart options in the UI or via the CLI ha core restart --safe-mode/core restart --safe-mode.
That disables all custom integrations and cards. If it is stable in safe mode, one of the custom integrations is likely causing it.

i know, but if i leave it at 8GB it locks me out

i also removed all my custom integrations

even did a complete fresh install and upgraded to current build same thing

i noticed a lot of people have these issues, so i'm just waiting for a patch

Hard to get a patch when no one is acknowledging the issue

Have you opened an issue on GitHub?

So i guess the answer is go back to 2026.3.X and never upgrade since no one is acknowledging this

At least one core dev going through logs trying to pinpoint the error is totally "no one acknowledging this". /s
