I've deployed the Awair Element which does all of that but is on the pricier end. If I had to start over again I'd probably try the AIR-1 from Apollo Automation.

I use the Air-1 from Apollo for my smoke detection and it works very well!!

They do offer a gas sensor that can be added to it.

Those are the sensors it offers without any add-ons:

This is a custom sensor, it does not come by default btw but it does show on the device entities.

But it's useful as it detects rising PM1 particulates

Depending on how you're planning to connect to it, the ikea one is pretty good
