Hi There!
I can no longer connect to my Nabu Casa cloud remote. I did submit a ticket as well. Getting the message "Not connected. Trying to reconnect." This is the first time this has happened and it just randomly happened. Is there an outage by chance? Any help would be amazing!

i'm having the same problem
I can connect fine to my local url, i can't connect remotely using the nabucasa URL from inside or outside my local network on my phone, tried a reboot of HA as well as logging out and back into nabu casa account in home assistant and now it's saying it can't connect in home assistant, same as yours. I also submited a ticket.

Saw some tickets show up in the last 30 min or so and pinged the cloud team. There was an issue with some nodes in us-east but no obvious reason. They were restarted so you should be able to connect now hopefully. If not connected already, can you restart HA and check again?

mine is still saying not connected and url does not load, restarting again now to see if that resolves anything, I am US east region.
Reboot seems to have resolved it, thanks for the quick reply!

Is this still an issue as i've not been able to access remotely today, rebooted HASS, rebooted the entire computer etc and no remote access

is your instance connected to the ha cloud servers? what do you see the home assistant cloud page in HA?

cloud connection status: connected, but remote access access says "trying to reconnect"

that's HA trying to connect. have you made network changes, router updates, using adguard or pihole?

if you check the end of the support file (3 dots in the upper corner of that page) do you see anything in the logs?

yeah its pihole, i just disabled it and it connected right away. was just coming to say that, never would have guessed that'd cause problems
