I looked at this now and I'm not sure this does anything? The integration sets _attr_name = None in AnthropicBaseLLMEntity which is inherited from by AnthropicTaskEntity and AnthropicConversationEntity.

And OpenAI also doesn't add any entity strings while setting entity-translations: done (using _attr_name = None too).

I would request changes to just mark it as done/exempt if we all agree it's pointless.
