For whatever reason I can't scan the QR code on one of my blinds for smart start. When I try to enter the code manually, I get a message that it's invalid.

Does anyone know if you have to enter the ENTIRE code or just a subset?

QR codes in text format start with 9001

Something’s not right, but this helps!

Mind sharing that code?

I don’t think it’s a HA issue. I think it’s a mfg mistake on the code itself from SmartWings. I’m trying to work with their support. Here’s the code regardless— they say this is the smart start code, but that doesn’t jive with what you all are saying

I'm not able to scan that

#

If you can give me the contents as text, that should be enough

That’s where I think the issue is— with the code itself. It’s not reading for me either. I thought the code used was all/part of the string below, which you confirmed it isn’t

Oh I get it now. You thought the numbers below were equivalent to the QR code.

#

I thought you scanned it and Z-Wave JS complained that the QR code itself was invalid

correct, sorry for the confusion. I'm now trying to do the "search" inclusion. I get the blind into paring mode, and HA sees it asks me to enter the first part of the number. I see the node come online, but it doesn't want to finish interviewing.
