Unable to start inclusion mode with Zooz 800 stick | Home Assistant | Page 1

I'm trying to include a new ZEN35 scene controller, but the zooz 800 (ZST39) stick never properly enters inclusion mode. When I start it, it immediately says "inclusion stopped. checking for changes" with "inclusion starting" underneath. after a few seconds I get a pop up that says "Timeout while waiting for a callback from the controller (ZW0200) startInclusion undefined" and it just sits there until it times out a bit later any ideas?
