Is there a way to set alt text (a popup that gives a text description of a picture when you mouse-over) in something like badges.

I want to have icon-only circular badges with mouse-over descriptions.
This will save on visual clutter but I want a way to remind people what the icon refers to.

Thanks. I'll check that out.
I was hoping there would be something in the native UI or maybe cardmod. I guess thats a big ask.
