Hi,

I’ve just switched to an iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 26.4 and I’ve never used Home Assistant before. My issue is that whenever I try to configure a widget, custom control centre or entity in a shortcut the same thing happens: no entity is displayed in the view where I should select them. I’ve tried removing all data from the app and reinstalling it but the problem persists.

Here’s an example:

I’ve scooped all Reddit and it seems like I’m alone in this situation. Do you have any ideas?

If force closing the app and opening again does not fix this, export your companion app logs and DM me

By force closing you mean swipe up the app in the app menu ? I will dm the log shortly
