Why don't you rename your device to Porch light?

Because it has 2 switches. The Device is Switch one, the two actual switches are properly named Exhaust Fan and Porch Light. On the tile card, I select Porch Light but it shows Device Name as switch 1

In general those device must be split into 2 subdevices

It's an Aqara Switch. The switch in on an Aqara hub connected to HA via Homekit

Yeah I see your point. If you select "entity" in the name field of the card, you will have "Porch light"

That's what was throwing me off. I'm use to just picking the Device name.

Or the changes added Device Name in. I honestly don't know

By default, card now always combine device + entity name. If you want only one, you have to choose per card.
