#Thread Network/OpenThread Border Router/Matter Issues

I have a Sonoff ZBDongle-E flashed to OpenThread firmware and there is a Nanoleaf Shapes in the network as well. Both show up in the Thread network, but there are two more thread networks from HA without any border routers assigned to them. Furthermore, the Thread Network with the BRs is nameless.

I've tried adding a Nuki SmartLock Pro (which has Matter support), but I get an error message that I don't understand: Failed to run mdns check; Unable to parse the Active Operational Data Set. Die Anmeldeinformationen für das Thread-Netzwerk konnten nicht gespeichert werden. (rough translation: "the login information for the thread network couldn't be stored"). Is the Thread network data not available?

I guess the Nuki app on iOS connects to the lock through Bluetooth and then sends the Thread configuration data over to the lock which then should register with the Thread network, right?

No idea if this is a thread or a matter issue and I have no idea why the mDNS check should fail.

Hello, it seem to more thread issue then matter. are any devices on the other networks? there no broder routers on them so they should be safe to delete

Also you can try the beta version of OTBR app, it might help

There shouldn’t be any thread devices installed atm, no.

If terhe no devcies then delete away 🙂 there no border routers on them so they arn't doing anything.

Do you have any idea why the network name of the one with the two border routers doesn’t show up?
