Nabu Voice / No WIzard appears?

I just received my nabu voice - i can see the device, after adding ist, i can pair it with my wlan, but then the onboarding wizard does not appear?
it just returns to the devices page on my iphone. Any idea, what i can do??

i already resetted it a couple of times*

on its device page in the device info section there should be a button for "set up voice assistant" which launches the wizard manually.

i dont even have an entry for that ... not even ESP Home. It just doenst appear?
