I think there's a notification trying to load in NodeRed, regarding an update (4.1.7)? I'm clicking it, and it takes me to a Github. I checked for updates (as far as I can tell) in HomeAssistant, and there's nothing available for download. Yes, this is a 1:1 of what I'm seeing. It is actually cut off.
