Edit Automation Description

When you first save a new automation, you can add a description. After this point there doesn't seem to be any other UI to edit/modify/add descriptions other than switching to yaml mode. Just seems like a simple UI element miss that should be added. Maybe this was left as low hanging fruit for entry level dev?

@deft spruce If you have a feature request for Home Assistant you can open one here. Feature requests for custom cards, integrations, etc. should be made to the developer of that custom card/component.
