Wouldn't it be better to explore unifying showing these persistent notifications in the same place as information about repairs and updates, currently shown in settings?

As for having notifications in profile - are not now notifications device specific and not user specific? Honest question, my understanding is they are not user specific (yet)
As for design experiments - would maybe make sense to have it more present than a third tab? I don’t know other software examples that use this pattern, normally notifications are the first thing that needs your attention
