Is it possible to use ESP32-C3 as a Bluetooth proxy? This page says "This option only works for “plain” ESP32 and not for ESP32-C3 or other variants." https://esphome.io/projects/?type=bluetooth
I was looking into that because the older ESP32 only have Bluetooth 4, which does not seem like the best choice today.

I have used that firmware installer with a bunch of esp32-c3 BT proxies and there is a c3 version of it in the repo HERE so I suspect its actually an old documentation that says it doesn't support it.
