Go to Settings->Dev tools->States, find your entity and click the name. Change the state and click 'set state' or similar

I use Node-Red for my automations. I believe that Node-Red reads straight from the MQTT Mosquito broker. I changed the state from 100 to 70 but my Node-Red node doesn't output any change to the debug node
