Need help with simple task scheduling - temporary changing light scene

Can someone point me to simple instructions or a video to create a simple automation?
I created a scene for a set of lights. I just want the scene applied for a specific time on a specific day and then switched back to normal at a specific time.
The videos I'm finding on YouTube seem to veer off into different directions and don't provide simple steps. Thanks!
