#Ultima 3 or something else?

Ultima 3 is like 70CAD (80CAD with POE and ZWAVE). Is it a good option? the other ones ( 06, or the sonoff) are only 10-15-20CAD cheaper at most, so I figured I spend the extra 10$ and get this, also the MR are strangely more expensive than the ultima 3.0

Should I also wait for zigbee 4.0 and suzi? I am worried about dropping 70-80CAD on a zigbee/thread border router and needing to upgrade soon. It only has one usb port but I guess I could just get a suzi dongle for the actual pi (usb) or something down the line if it'll take long, I am too impatient and want to get my zigbee bulbs working with hA!

I actually only have wifi devices and zigbee devices now (just bulbs) but I plan on buying/making my own mmwave presence sensor, I have a wifi matter device and I'm working on a thread device that uses matter too, that's why I want all 3, I have no z-wave devices or plan for them anytime soon, but for 10CAD extra for the addon, I figured why not? (35CAD minimum without the kit)

Dont wait until zigbee 4, but if you dont have any matter/thread devices avoid it, just get a zigbee coordinator (USB is easier than network). My ultima3 is absolutely not ready for use it is extremely alpha. 6 months in the future if you still dont have a device itll probably be usable.

I was orignally gonna go with usb too and people online changed my mind to get a sm06 but I went all in and got a thread curtain thingie
