#ZWA-2 seems to be bricked after 1.2.0 update attempt?

I tried to update my ZWA-2 to 1.2.0 through HA today, and it completely stopped working. The update sat there for 9 hours until I restarted HA. The Z-Wave logs say "Controller is in bootloader, attempting to recover..." followed by "Failed to recover from bootloader. Please flash a new firmware to continue...".

I tried the ZWA-2 toolbox, and Chrome/Edge find the device no problem, but both the "Recover adapter" and "Install firmware" options fail, with the console showing "Failed to initialize the driver: ZWaveError: Timeout while waiting for an ACK from the controller (ZW0200)".

Is there a way I can fix this?

I already went through that, but I can't get to a step that allows me to flash firmware manually, unless it's the "Update ESP firmware" option, which seems separate?
