I did a search and noticed a few others saying just clearing your cache. Whenever I try to go to https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/hacs it says the page does not exist.

Home Assistant Community Store allows for easy installation and management of custom unsupported integrations. They even have a Discord server for issues with HACS itself.
