I got it. installed. I can tell it stuff to putt it on my shopping list. cool
but It does not talk. I use ha cloud for assistant.
it says media player running, but it's silent. I put the volume up. it get the wake up sound.
I have no clue. any ideas?

Sounds like the cloud cannot get back into your home assistant server to give you the sound file back. Check your external URL, DNS, and make sure you are not using a self signed certificate on your home network.
