How to set usb_max_current_enable=1 on Pi5 HAOS 17.1

I am trying to enable more power to my usb devices on my pi5 to handle an external usb nvme drive and my SLZB matter antenna. I can’t figure out where to find the config.txt that is mentioned all over the place.

I have ssh access to HA but don’t see a boot folder under /mnt.

You are probably better off using an externally powered USB Hub.
