#Control center tiles not refreshing

Unlike my iPhone 17 (iOS 26.3) my control center tiles do not update when I am away from home. When I am away my watch cannot access VPN ( which is understandable) but when I am back connected to my LAN control center tiles do not update. I have to remove and add them again. Just bought this watch ultra 3 (watchos 26.3). Any idea why there is no auto refresh triggered ? What would be proper way to control my switch and lamp on watch os like in wearos via shortcuts tiles ? Not big fan of scripts and automation to have for each on/off. Thanks

Thing that on ios it works smoothly not sure why on watch it’s stuck. Same for MacOS 26.3

I tried to move to widget.
Via Add widget from home assistant, its saying adding light and switch widget from iphone. Right after that I see broken but I wasn’t able to select their source

If you meant to tag me, yes, please open an issue in GitHub with as most detail as you can.

At a quick glance, iPhone manages the refresh of those controls and mirror to watch, so if it refreshs on iPhone it should have been refreshing in your watch as well, but to be honest I haven't used this feature enough yet

Though that opens a question does update_widget notifications works on watch os ?
