could someone explain the signification of the light on ZBT2 .
What the normal status light with default setting ?
during onboarding? in normal use ?
When I first plug it into my rpi4 (usb2), the device light up blue, if i tilt it a bit the blue led flash quickly, so I make sure it stay vertical, and leave it there while going upstair to my office.
I was able to integrated it with Thread (HA2026.2.2) and make it the prefered network.
then I could not see it when I try to sync it in the compagnion app, (my android phone see only my Nesthub gen2 and never offer the zbt2), I switch off the Nesthub all night and try again without success next morning. So I went back to the RPI4 to find out the ZBT2 blue light was off. so I check Thread again it say in prefered network "ha-thread-f1b8 border router not found".
Open Thread border router say failed setup will retry
unplug it, wait 1 hour, replug it, nothing
plug it into my mac mini, still no light,
back onto RPI 4 still nothing, reboot HA twice still nothing
is my zbt2 dead ? (it last less than 12. hours)
diagnostic how to ?
Warranty procedure ?
