Is it possible to use ZBT-2 Standalone over Wifi only Connected to HA? I didnt found any Details but i assume ther is some kind of ESP32 inside?

ZBT-2 ahs no Wifi, so no. Only USB. Would not recommand Wifi anyway. USB or ethernet are better.
