#Unable to add thread devices

I have a thread device that I am trying to pair and I cannot get it or any other devices to pair.

I am running Open Thread Border Router with a Sonoff Zigbee dongle flashed to thread firmware.

When trying to connect the device it finds in the device on my phone then it goes to Checking connectivity to thread network and stays there until it fails saying Can't reach device

In the topology of OpenThread Border Router it first shows that a child has connected then it turns into a connected router then it dissapears.

On a apple device when trying to connect a device it shows the error from the image.

I have IPv6 running on my router and I am able to access HA from the IPv6 address.
All devices are on the same VLAN.

Checking in settings for thread networks nothing shows up.

Did you sync your thread credentials?

When using OTBR you have to press the button ‘Send credentials to phone‘ under Settings > Thread.

What do you see, when you go to ‘Settings > Companion app > Debugging > Thread‘?

Trying to sync the credentials on IOS gives the previous error.

And when opening the thread debug menu on IOS it just has a large menu that says "Thread Credentials" with nothing in it and never properly loads.

As you can see, I use Apple Thread Border Routers only. Imo I can’t help you.
