#Which card that shows data from a specific date?

I am trying to find a card that has the ability to show a value from a specific date. For example: Hottest day since 2026-02-01 (February 1st 2026). From memory, this can happen with the statistics card, but I unfortunately cannot work out how to set the date.

There is the conditional card, and many other cards that have a conditional component you can use. Often called 'visibility'.

I reviewed the Conditional card and I don't think this achieves exactly what I am after.

I think a better way to describe what I am after is a card that displays the average, max and min temperatures since a specific date.
