Hi all, bit of a story..
I have been trying to marry up my matter/thread networks in my house (I realise they're not interchangable, bear with me).

I've had a SLZB-MR2 for a while running as a matter-over-thread BR for a little while, and..in an attempt to get an FP2 onto HA last year I bought a M200 Aqara hub, I hadn't noticed, up until now but it seems that M200 has hijacked my matter server in HA.

I was attempting to re-add the SLZB, and got stuck in a bit of a loop, between my phone (android) wanting to add stuff via the M200, and basically ignoring the existence of the SLZB.
I've ..I think remedied that with a clear of cache and data for google play, and a clear of the HA Companion app cache... however now any attempt to add a device by matter hits me with the "Matter is currently unavailable"

I'm not sure how to get the SLZB back into the matter server despite it being the currently selected OTBR.. and previously being one of the nodes prior to those on this core matter server list which all disappeared - the ones present, I believe are/were ones hooked up via the M200 perhaps?
Hoping this is a simple issue and I've just been overcomplicating it because of the amount of troubleshooting I went through to get the OTBR part sorted.
Companion app->troubleshoot ->sync thread option says the phone and HA agree. At this point....I'm a bit lost and google/reddit/youtube hasn't really given me much more to go off, just before I reinstall the matter app, if anyone has any thoughts I'd really appreciate it!

Minor update; I got it back into a position where my phone seems to be able to add matter items again, jumping through a lot of hoops; I uninstalled google home, cleared the cache and data in google play services again, cleared the cache and data in home assistant again, then reinstalled google home and it seems like HA thinks I can add stuff again.

However, it's consistently stuck on checking connectivity to thread network ha-thread-e6d6 (which is the ZBT-2 I had doing ZHA, I've swapped the SLZB to that which is working fine.. sadly this means the thread network fromm the zbt wont be as well positioned in the house as the SLZB but I'll take working badly over not working at all..

That said; now all of the nodes have disappeared from the matter server and I don't seem to be able to get the ZBT into the matter list like the M200 was.. and all of my matter stuff is totally offline now, but I suspect the remaining problems are entirely within the realms of HA/Matter Server
Worth noting the matter compressed FabricId has also changed, so I suspect HA is running a completely new matter network post-ZBT migration and the other nodes have been orphaned... Before I start fishing the aqara stuff back in, how do I make sure that matter server is aware of the ZBT-2, and my intention for it to be the thing in charge?

I can confirm that the ZBT-2 is seen as an OTBR, yet can't commission anything because it's not in the matter part of HA - I think.
Do I go ham and uninstall the matter server again, and uninstall the matter integration? Is there a recommended order for such things?

Uninstalling i feel depends on number of devices you have.

Only 5 via matter currently it is totally an option

I'm just not sure how I get the zbt-2 into the matter integration or server, I was sort of expecting a commission option.. or auto config but can't seem to get HA to pull it into matter

Weirdly; deleting (and wiping data for the integration) both was not enough to bring matter up functionally for the zbt-2.. I'm pretty sure it's broadcasting thread, but the actual matter part isn't playing
