Delay between actions with Sonoff MINI-ZB2GS?

I bought a couple of these 2-gang Sonoff relays (MINI-ZB2GS) and when I flip both switches at once there's always a fixed delay of slightly less than 1 second between first and second output being toggled. The same happens if I repeatedly toggle the 1st and 2nd light from HomeAssistant - it queues up actions and executes them with this fixed delay. I updated the firmware.

Flipping just 1 switch at a time always gets an instant response.

It seems intentional but I don't understand what purpose it serves, can I turn it off? Is this behaviour Sonoff-specific, should I buy something else in the future?

It is probably built into the device to prevent events triggering close together.
