When using Matter over Thread for devices like smart locks (e.g. Nuki), what's usually the range for that? For example, if there is 5-10 meters and a wall between ZBT-2 and the lock, will it be fine?

10m with a wall in-between might be kind of iffy, but it depends so much on construction materials and other interference that nobody can really tell you in advance.
