Cloud Backups not showing up in Nabu Casa Account

I’m not sure exactly when this started—possibly after upgrading to 2026.2—but my cloud backups are no longer appearing in my Nabu Casa account. The most recent backup shown there is from version 2026.1.3 on 2/4, and nothing from 2026.2.x has appeared since, even though I have at least daily backups configured.

I’ve checked the local logs and don’t see any obvious errors, and the individual backup size is well under 5 GB at 1.6GB. I also tried deleting the 2026.1.3 backup from my account and manually triggering a new Home Assistant Cloud backup, but it still doesn’t show up.

For comparison, my Google Drive backups are working correctly.

Seeing a few of the same in tickets. Did you submit one? There might be a bug. When I check these user's account details, there is a backup. It's just not appearing at account.nabucasa.com

Does it show up within HA itself as stored in NC?

I haven't opened a ticket yet - but I will just to track it.
Within NC it is blank now but HA say it is a backup location.

I responded to your ticket and can see a backup in the account details which is dated today, so the backup is there, just not showing on the page at the website. The cloud team is looking into it and when they have more info to share I'll share it here.

Ok, this has been fixed. If you hard refresh the page at account.nabucasa.com backups should appear as expected.

I have the cloud backup problem still. I tried resetting my account and login but that didn’t make any difference.

this is a different issue than the one posted here and that one has an open issue at github: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/142740

Can you share your details there if you haven't already?

Ah. My bad. I know about issue #142740, but didn’t realise this was different.
Issue #142740 is almost a year old now and is still open.
Nabu Casa commercializes the cloud backup, so I would not expect the Github opensource repo to be the proper place to discuss this problem.
I’ve raised an issue with Nabu Casa but Ashton couldn’t give me a solution - he suggested Discord. Hence my post here

And the purpose of sharing your details at Github is so that the devs can have more specific information. As in, is there something in common among these installs, networking, ISP, integrations in use? etc...
