Morning! Everything was working great until the last few months. I am no longer able to access through nabucasa cloud URL. If I am on my network, or off it. I can only access through the local IP on my network.

The cloud URL gives me the "Unable to Connect to HA" message.

Tried a few web browsers (chrome and safari), cleared cache, cloud connection status: connected, IPv6 is disabled

Same here. My remote HA instance is 700 miles away, so I'm a bit of a mess today. I know it's up because it's sending me Telegram messages, and it pings from the remote router.

#

I was able to poke a hole in the remote site router so I could port 8123 to the HA PC. Logged in and rebooted it. Now the cloud route seems to be working again.

@unique pumice HA needs to be connected to Nabu Casa for the remote access to work. It's not about what devices you are using to reach it, but whether HA shows as connected on the Home Assistant Cloud page in HA settings. What do you see there?

have you done a reboot of the system (not a restart of HA) using the advanced option in the ha restart menu?

Can you download and share the support file using the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the Home Assistant Cloud page in the HA settings?

woohoo that fixed it. Just deleted all my phones from the mobile app intergrations page, changed my users password to reset the tokens, and restarted HA
