options: {} is not initially added by the UI to the YAML, causing an error when attempting to save. Adding "above" property and then deleting it adds that empty YAML and permits saving normally. Did you try the “state” version that I posted an hour ago? Is your thermostat really called climate.target_temperature-changed? Please, don’t upload dynamic pictures - they are unreadable.
