I'm trying to sync my thread credentials to my smarthpone app, ive got the zbt-2, the ha network is my only one and its the preferred network. Everything is pretty default as far as i can tell, but i get this really generic error message when trying to sync the credentials. the companion app logs are not that helpfull either.
