Hello, I’m customizing my Home Assistant dashboard and would like to remove the top bar where the room tabs are displayed. I’ve seen that there are plugins that can do this, but I was wondering if there’s a simpler solution already built into Home Assistant.

I don't think there's a solution built in, however you can hide the header bar using Browser Mod from HACS.

Kiosk Mode and browser_mod both have options for hiding the header.
