I have both a Nabu Casa cloud subscription and a local VPN. I am unable to launch Home Assistant UI vi either method remotely. However, I can VPN to my home network, ping the NUC/server, and even hit the observer URL with no issues:
Supervisor: Connected
Support: Supported
Health: Healthy
I am physically not at the location so I can't do a hard restart (e.g. pull the power). Any other options?

Observer only shows you that the supervisor is running and not Home Assistant. There's not much to be done without local access or some alternative remote to the system

Okay I am on-site and on the same network as my NUC home assistant server. I have unplugged the NUC running HAOS and when it boots up I can ping the host and hit the observer URL but neither the web, mobile, or desktop HA app displays.
