MODBUS Ethernet (POE is a bonus) relay module with ETL, UL or CE testing?

I'm looking for an ethernet modbus relay module similar to the Waveshare:

I need something that has a safety listing from UL, ETL, etc. Does anyone know of any brands or sources for such hardware? I would have thought this would be simple from automation suppliers, but Automationdirect.com and even McMaster-Carr don't have anything.

The term I was missing is "Field I/O" - that's what these things are called. Once I stumbled on that a whole new [expensive!] world opened up! For example, here's a 4 channel version (plus inputs) of the Waveshare:
