As title, my orange theme is now gray as like as all other themes

the new update changed the top bar on dashboards from the branding color to plain grey since they wanted the widgets on the dashboard to be the main thing that gets attention.

if a theme wants the top bar to be coloured, it'll probably have to be updated for the new ha version
