Im pretty new to HA and dont understand this really. I have the Dirigera hub and have a bunch of TIMMERFLOTTE temp/hum sensors, MYGGBETT door sensors and MYGGSPRAY motion sensors. In HA, i had to add them as Matter device with the QR code from each device from the IKEA app. They show up in HA - no problem. The problem is they tend to sleep pretty soon and is hard to wake. Therefore, automations wont trigger proper. I have a bulb turn on/off 5 times in a row and then its "broken" for hours. Did some research and was told to add some "helpers" near them as IKEA bulbs, INSPELNING smart plugg etc but this doesnt help. Ordered SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus MG24, Zigbee-koordinator och router med EFR32MG24-chip that will arrive today as this should solve the problem i was told. But now i doubt this?? As these new devices aint Zigbee devices and the dongle would do nothing? No idea how to get this work! Please help!

I've been using them (the new Ikea matter stuff) with and Aqara M100 as a thread border router, added them directly to HA using the qr-codes
Haven't had any issues
So maybe you should try and use the Dirigera (is it the new thread variant?) as a thread border router and add the sensors directly to HA instead?
Also regarding the zigbee questions, I'm pretty sure these new Ikea stuff are actually dual purpose and can be used with zigbee as well but I don't know how to do it, i'm sure you will find info around here if you go that route.
