Parent-proof camera + security system that can LATER be integrated into HA

My mom would like setup some easy to use (cloud service and app) cameras in order to catch her neighbor's dog pooping on her lawn. Later on she would also like a security system (which also is part of the same cloud service and app) that can make emergency calls. Farther on I would like to setup HA in her house (with her consent) in order to help my sister and I monitor the property in case my mom has some sort of emergency. My mom is not tech savvy. We are in the US.

The closest thing I've found is Abode, however it lacks live video feeds via RTSP, which I think is ok.

Any other recommendations to look into would be greatly appreciated.

Reolink - there are known working device lists in the Documentation. They can be set up to use their cloud features and/or connect to directly.
They also have their own NVR system which you can integrate if you want to go that route or manually set up something like Frigate down the line.

Reolink don't offer a home security system per se, but I have an alarm in my garage running off home assistant / zwave and it works wonders

Worth a thought if you don't mind the two being separate

If you're okay with cloud, maybe look into Vivint. I think they have a cloud/api integration with HA

Frigate is great but not quite as tech friendly. You'd need to setup and also manually configure alerts with HA automations once you have Frigate+HA setup
